سياسة الاسترجاع

1. Exchange Policy:

Customers are permitted to exchange an item for a size change if we mistakenly delivered the wrong size. This exchange is permitted within one day of receiving the product and is limited to one time only.

Requirements:

• The product must be in its original condition upon receipt.
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be unscented.
• The box and accessories must be included.
• The item must not have been damaged, altered, or removed.

سياسة الاستبدال

يسمح للعملاء باستبدال القطعة لتغيير المقاس في حال في خطاء من قبلنا بتسليم مقاس مختلف خلال يوم واحد من استلام المنتج ولمره واحده.

يشترط الاستبدال

• يجب ان يكون المنتج في حالته الاصلية عند الاستلام
• المنتج لم يستعمل
• المنتج غير معطر
• وجود البوكس وملحقاته
• عدم وجود ضرر او تعديل او نزع تم بالقطعة

2. Return Policy:

The customer may return the product within one day of receiving it if it is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing flaw.

Requirements:

يسترجع العميل المنتج في حال وجود ضرر او تلف بالقطعة او عيب مصنعي خلال يوم واحد من استلام المنتج.

يشترط الاستبدال

• يجب ان يكون المنتج في حالته الاصلية عند الاستلام
• المنتج لم يستعمل
• المنتج غير معطر
• وجود البوكس وملحقاته
• عدم وجود ضرر او تعديل او نزع تم بالقطعة
